**Responsibilities**:

- Support with the introduction and further development of the sustainability reporting tool
- Preparation of training and process documents
- Implementation of (online) training courses
- Participation in financial and non-financial (integrated) reporting
- Data analysis and preparation

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical, economic or scientific field with a focus on sustainability, CSR or energy management
- First experience in financial and non-financial reporting, processing and visualization of data and information an advantage
- Experience working on cross-organizational processes or projects, ideally in a global environment
- A high affinity for data and IT systems
- Ideally, first experience in the area of sustainability / corporate social responsibility and the handling of data management tools
- Strong communication skills in German and English as well as project management skills
