Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen engagierten _(Junior) Specialist Environment_ (m/w/d) für den Bereich Umweltschutz, insbesondere in den zu beauftragenden Bereichen Immissionsschutz, Gewässerschutz, Störfallmanagement und Abfallwirtschaft.

**Aufgaben**: Als Umweltbeauftragter (m/w/d) unterstützen Sie die Nachhaltigkeitsziele der Outokumpu Nirosta GmbH und gewährleisten die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Umweltschutzanforderungen am Standort Krefeld. Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

- **Immissionsschutz**: Überwachung und Reduktion von Emissionen (Luft, Lärm, Gerüche) in Zusammenarbeit mit der Betriebsleitung.
- **Gewässerschutz**: Sicherstellung der Einhaltung wasserrechtlicher Bestimmungen und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Abwasserqualität.
- **Störfallmanagement**: Erstellung und Pflege von Notfall
- und Störfallplänen sowie Dokumentation und Meldung umweltrelevanter Vorfälle.
- **Abfallwirtschaft**: Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Abfallreduzierung und nachhaltigen Gestaltung von Abfallströmen.
- **Rechtskonformität und Berichterstattung**: Einhaltung aller relevanten Umweltvorgaben und Erstellung regelmäßiger Berichte.
- **Schulung und Sensibilisierung**: Schulung der Mitarbeiter und Förderung nachhaltiger Arbeitsprozesse.

**Anforderungen**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor) im Bereich Umwelt
- oder Verfahrenstechnik, Natur
- oder Ingenieurwissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamorientierung.
- Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Optional: Berufserfahrung im Umweltmanagement, Kenntnisse der Umweltgesetzgebung, Erfahrung in Nachhaltigkeitsstrategien und Audits.
- Gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
