We will continue to grow our HR organization within Danaher across our Life Sciences and Diagnostics business in 2025. We look for HR professionals with experience as HR Business Partner and HR Generalist/Operations Specialist and passion to support people leaders and employees.

Onsite OR Remote (depending on the specific req and HR organization)
University's degree or Vocational Training (Ausbildung) in HR Administration & Management
Minimum 3 years of experience if you are a HR Generalist OR 5 years as HRBP possibly in a matrix environment
Sounded knowledge on German Labor and Social Law
Fluent German, fluent English
