Spare Parts Support Specialist

**Your mission**:

- Track, record, and follow up on after-sales spare parts and warranty cases
- Coordinate with customers, factory teams, technical staff, and HQ in China for parts delivery
- Build and maintain a tracking dashboard using Excel or ERP/ CRM for cases
- Provide regular updates and reports to the After-sales Manager/ Technical Manager on case progress
- Ensure timely supply and delivery of spare parts to meet customer needs
- Support establishment of a structured after-sales service cycle

**Your profile**:

- College degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, with 2+ years after-sales or spare parts experience
- Proficient in Excel and data management/reporting tools; ERP/ CRM experience is a plus
- Strong customer communication, problem-solving, and ability to work under pressure
- Self-driven, proactive team player, capable of working independently
- Fluent French, good written and spoken English; Chinese language skills are a bonus
- Knowledge of construction machinery/ heavy equipment and experience handling warranty cases appreciated
