Pipedrive is looking for a content production wizard to scale and diversify our content in our learning channels. The learning team focuses on educating and delighting customers along all stages of their journey with Pipedrive. We are the masters of self-service and we produce educational content for the Knowledge Base, Academy and webinars/live events.

Your role in particular will require well-rounded expertise in content production with a focus on video and media in the German language. You will become a Pipedrive expert and be the main star of our German product educational content. You’ll achieve this by recording yourself performing technical processes to educate our audience. This means you must be a native German speaker and that you are comfortable on camera.

You will report to senior management and be given tasks to prioritize, but this role will allow you to be highly creative. You will have to adhere to company branding style guidelines, but you are also encouraged to explore and experiment with new ideas and methods of producing content.

You will have all the tools you need to produce video content with yourself as the speaker, or you can take advantage of internal resources to focus on producing exceptional content that helps our customers achieve their goals and fall in love with Pipedrive.

**Your new adventure**:

- Write scripts for content as you study and test key product features
- Research topics and collaborate with internal resources to refine scripts
- Create educational video content in support of strategy and roadmap, including all elements of production
- Film key speakers in Tallinn office with professional quality (gear will be provided)
- Provide your own voice-over and talking-head footage to produce videos
- Provide webinar management assistance to internal teams and influencers in the Euro time zone
- Assist with content channel administration and maintenance
- Maintain existing video content library with up to date information and visuals
- Be transparent about your activities in the team Jira board and Slack channel

- Native German speaking skills
- Fluent English speaking skills
- Video production and post-production skills
- Experience with DSLR camera operation
- Experience capturing professional audio both in-studio and on-location
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects and Audition)
- An understanding of how to structure engaging video and audio stories
- Excellent communication (written, verbal and interpersonal) and presentation skills
- Good time management skills
- Experience writing video scripts

Bonus if you:

- Have a background in sales, support or customer service
- Are already familiar with the Pipedrive product
- Have experience in podcasting, live-streaming or webinars
- Have your own at-home recording setup that meets our standards (check out our Youtube channel for reference)
