OneFootball have a rare opportunity for a native Portuguese-speaking digital football journalist to help produce short-form video content across the OneFootball app and publisher network.

This role will predominantly support the creation of videos from OneFootball’s partner clubs in Brazil and Portugal.

**YOUR POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES ON THE PITCH**:

- Research, create video briefs and publish content from our Portuguese-speaking partner clubs.
- Liaise with clubs over content strategies to gain exposure in different target global markets.
- Work with our premium Brazilian and Portuguese publishers to recommend content and produce videos that work for their audience.
- Identifying players from outside of Brazil that would appeal to the Brazilian market, and create content strategies around them.
- Capitalise on news spikes by producing timely and relevant video.
- Create editorial strategies around the OTT rights packages that OneFootball has in Brazil.
- Translate scripts, subtitles and video descriptions from Portuguese to English, and English to Portuguese. Search, localise and upload relevant content.

**PLAYERS PROFILE**:

- The role is ideally suited to a football journalist or producer, with 1-3 years of experience in the industry.
- Able to communicate in the Brazilian/Portuguese dialect.
- Fluent in English.
- The role requires an individual who has a keen interest and knowledge of international football and who is plugged into what the media and fans are talking about.
- Strong understanding of how the leading social media networks operate.
- Any experience in video editing would be an advantage, but is not essential.
