**What do you contribute?**

In your new role as “Head of Compliance Risk Management (f/m/d)” you will be responsible for the global implementation, execution, monitoring and managing of compliance relevant processes/tools for Siemens Mobility within your defined area of responsibility.
- You will lead (functionally and disciplinary) the compliance risk management department (3 team members), will monitor the department budget and will also be responsible for the Headcount development.
- Next to this, you will conduct internal and external Compliance risk analysis on Mobility business, regions, and defined topics.
- As part of the risk analysis, you will evaluate findings from Compliance Cases and will report and mitigate worldwide Mobility compliance related risks (i.a. ERM, CRB, Supervisory Board, CRPR, AREA).
- In addition, you will also be an expert (f/m/d) on SCDDA-related topics and serve as an interface between Mobility and the corporate governance function.
- Also, you will evaluate potential impact of upcoming regulations and develop mitigation plan for Mobility in collaboration with Compliance Officers.
- Furthermore, you will collaborate with stakeholders and key departments on the continuous improvement of the Compliance system incl. processes and tools (i.a. Compass, Innovation Navigator).
- You will execute required Compliance due diligences and reviews (i.a. M&A activities, Business Partner, SpoDoM).

**What do you bring along?**
- You have successfully completed your studies in business administration, law, business informatics or a comparable field.
- Through your long-term relevant professional experience in the field of risk management in international business (preferably in project business), you have been able to gain corresponding specialist knowledge and understanding of business-relevant connections and/or have worked successfully in a governance function.
- Also, you impress with your expert knowledge regarding compliance-relevant methods, processes and tools and are not afraid to take responsibility and find pragmatic solutions for topics that are not part of the daily routine.
- You enjoy recognizing new approaches, implementing them dynamically and are proficient in dealing with data (selection, acquisition, interpretation) and the subsequent derivation of measures.
- You have already been able to demonstrate your negotiation-proof German and English skills in the management of internationally staffed teams.
- In cooperation with intercultural teams, you manage to inspire different cultures for your goals. An assignment abroad and other foreign languages would be advantageous in this regard.
