**Summary**
An exciting opportunity to join Productivity Programs for the Central European region in Salesforce is now available. This role will work directly with the Productivity Strategy Regional Lead & Sales Leadership team to design & deliver a suite of Productivity Programs that will impact the growth, talent and success of the Central European Sales organisation. This person will act as a thought leader for the business on talent productivity, business partnering on productivity insight-led programs including Readiness, Leadership Development & Coaching that will set our Sales teams up for success. You will join an existing team of 6 Program Managers, and contributing to run the program suite. This is an opportunity to be at the heart of the talent productivity agenda in a fast-paced, multicultural environment that cares about meaningful work, with good people in a good environment, all whilst being fairly rewarded for it.
**Responsibilities**
**Best-in-class Program Management**:Design and deliver end-to-end programs across leadership development, talent flows & productivity that will successfully enable our Sales Teams to ramp, grow and deliver at pace. Ensure that all programs are underpinned by best practice project management tools and processes across status updates, KPI tracking and benefit realisation
**Strategic Planning**:Align with the Sales Leadership on the overall business strategy, creating programs based on strategic direction of the business & use data to make informed decisions
**Executive Communication**:Regular reporting (both written & verbal) to Senior Leadership and partnering teams on the progression of programs & productivity insights; influencing to gain buy-in of stakeholders
**Collaborate & align with a matrix of stakeholders**:Work with a large group of senior stakeholders to align vision, create consistency and scale programs across a number of business functions
**Required Skills/Experience**:
- 3 years+ of experience in Program Management, Consulting, Human Capital or a Sales related role, with a consistent proven track record of over achievement of expectations
- End-to-End Program / Project Management experience is a must have
- Talent Management or Learning and Development experience preferableProfessional Program / Project Management certification required
- Self-motivated, accountable, detail-oriented and resourcefulExperience working in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment
- Strong executive presence is a must. Influencing & negotiation skills a strong advantage
- Framework thinking - a bility to translate business requirements into frameworks that drive the required business impact
- Understanding of Sales/Tech industry is a strong advantage
- Fluency in English a requirement, Additional European language proficiency a very strong advantage
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
