Cooperation with partners has a high priority for LeanIX and is a strategic part of LeanIX’s growth strategy and go-to-market approach. We are looking for a leader with a strong partner management and channel sales background to take on the role of EMEA Channels Lead. While leading the LeanIX EMEA Partner Management team, you will maintain executive relationships with our EMEA partner network and drive joint go-to-market success with our EMEA partners in close cooperation with other LeanIX go-to-market teams such as sales and marketing.
WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?
- Lead a team of experienced partner managers (currently 3 FTEs), in a performance-driven company culture.
- Create a positive, collaborative team culture. Lead by example while developing and coaching your team.
- Manage LeanIX’s regional partner portfolio in EMEA, with the ambition of achieving active regional partner coverage across all territories of the EMEA region. Take responsibility for the entire partner lifecycle; from recruiting, enabling, and managing the regional partner portfolio.
- Establish partner business plans with the EMEA regional partners, driving your team to strong co-selling and reselling results.
- Orchestrate the collaboration between our partners & LeanIX sales and field marketing, throughout the course of joint go-to-market activities.
- Enable EMEA regional partners in parallel, ensuring that our partner ecosystem provides high quality LeanIX-as-a-solution consulting services to end-customers.
- Serve as the voice of the EMEA partner ecosystem within LeanIX product development, ensuring the consideration of learnings from partner use of LeanIX in their work with prospects and customers.
- Ensure that regional partner management activities in EMEA contribute directly to the global LeanIX channel strategy and partner programs.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- 5+ years of partner management and channel sales and within the SaaS industry.
- Demonstrated track record of successful revenue growth, directly attributable to channel programs.
- Experienced in developing, motivating, and mentoring a team in a hybrid work environment (onsite & connected remote).
- Leadership by example and experience inspiring team members to grow.
- Thorough understanding of LeanIX’s market segment & competitive landscape.
- Working knowledge of key consulting and reseller firms in the EMEA region.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build strong relationships, both internally and with external partners.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high KPI & goal orientation, and tenacity to make things happen.
- Impeccable integrity and ethical standards.
- Fluent in English, proficiency in German is an advantage.
