YOUR MISSION
- You will lead a team of full-time project managers, fostering their growth, and empowering them to excel, ensuring project success
- You will revamp and enhance the project manager team structure
- You will own and develop processes, tools, and templates for project planning and monitoring
- You will monitor project manager resource allocation and skillfully resolve conflicts, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution
- You will successfully drive continuous improvement initiatives within project management
- You will be the primary communicator, delivering clear and actionable messages to support project management and effectively meet the needs of stakeholders
YOUR PROFILE
- You bring 5+ years of leadership experience in project management or a related role, prior experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- You bring a master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering or related technical discipline
- You demonstrated expertise in project management, effectively supporting multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring their successful execution and delivery
