An unserem Standort in Lüneburg findet die Fertigung und Montage vom Metallblock bis hin zum betriebsbereiten Gerät statt.** **Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Sie als Facharbeiter Fertigung (m/w/d) insbesondere für den Einsatz an unserer Maschine Hedelius T7** **Wesentliche Zuständigkeiten / Aufgaben**: - Fertigung und Montage von Komponenten und Baugruppen nach Produktionsunterlagen, -zeichnungen und -vorschriften - Bedienen von CNC-gesteuerten Bearbeitungsmaschinen - Übernahme anderer NC/CNC-Arbeitsplätze innerhalb der Abteilung - Maschinenbedienung, -wartung und -pflege - Überprüfen und verbessern der Produktions-/Fertigungsabläufe - Einhaltung der Fertigungsvorschriften, Arbeitssicherheit sowie Sauberkeit und Ordnung im Arbeitsbereich - Sicherstellen der Qualitätsanforderungen und Termineinhaltung - Abstimmung mit dem Gruppenleiter und den unmittelbaren Kollegen im Team - Bedienen und Führen von Kränen und Flurförderfahrzeugen - Fräsen, Drehen, Sägen und Entgraten von Teilen **Anforderungsprofil**: Abgeschlossene 3-jährige fachbezogene Berufsausbildung, erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung ( >2 Jahre) sind vorhanden. Diese Kenntnisse und/oder Fertigkeiten können auch auf anderem Wege erworben werden. - Technisches Verständnis sowie handwerkliches Geschick - PC-Grundkenntnisse - Umsetzung von konstruktiven Vorgaben (Zeichnungen und Stücklisten) unter Einhaltung von Vorschriften - Kenntnisse in SAP (MM,PP ) - Englischgrundkenntnisse - Flexibilität - Belastbarkeit - Teamfähigkeit - Organisationsfähigkeit LI-MS1
