Pipeline Development : Collaborate with our SDRs and marketing team to qualify high-quality inbound and outbound leads with consistent, strategic follow-up
Demo Excellence : Deliver tailored online demos that directly address customer pain points and clearly demonstrate HERO's value proposition
Cross-Functional Support : Contribute to translations, marketing campaigns, and trade fairs as we build our Dutch market presence together
Relationship Management : Build strong, trust-based relationships with Dutch craftspeople who become long-term partners
Native-level Dutch plus strong English (C1+) for seamless communication across markets
Bonus Qualifications : Knowledge of Dutch trades/craftsman sector, German language skills, fast-cycle SMB sales experience, or proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Work flexibly and location-independently with mobile working, supported by a subsidized Deutschland ticket (29 Euro)
~30 vacation days (including Dec 24 & 31) plus additional free days for recovery and down time
