**Your future plans**

Our Business Excellence & Transformation Team offers a wide range of consultancy services alongside the three pillars of operational excellence, process excellence and transformation & change. It’s key objective is to support the different internal business functions in continuously improving their effectiveness and efficiency as well as innovating into new areas as well as drive Transformation within RWE Supply & Trading GmbH. As such the team plays a major role in fostering a culture of sustainable change and development to enable RWE Supply & Trading’s success in the here and now and in the ongoing energy transition.
In your role as Business Excellence& Transformation Expert you will make a difference to trading domains, support functions, projects, processes and strategies. With an agile mind-set and a systemic approach to making long-lasting impact, you will positively challenge the status-quo, derive tailor made improvement measures and support the functions in achieving their ambitions.

You will engage in job responsibilities such as the following:

- Collaborate with internal customers on all hierarchy levels to align on goals & objectives for improvement projects
- Implementation of innovative and established approaches as well as methods for the design of complex transformations on global level
- Support and drive the business and organizational global growth, this includes also new organizational models to shape and support the transformation of RWE Supply and Trading with its Business in a more flexible and agile world
- Lead, steer and drive improvement and transformation projects (e.g. team improvement, organisational and structural transformation, E2E process management, etc.)
- Support our internal customers identify core challenges and develop, evaluate and implement solutions (e.g. via Design Thinking, creative problem solving, prototyping, etc.)
- Train, coach and challenge business stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to foster a sustainable Continuous Improvement mindset and to develop competencies that support their specific context
- Identify and implement new trends to further develop our business excellence & transformation approach (e.g. relevant new practices, digital solutions, supporting tools)
- Act as ambassador and role model for Business Excellence and Continuous Improvement for RWE Supply & Trading and #TeamRWE

**Your powerful skills**
You are excited about the opportunity described above, are proficient in hands on consulting and bring along a solid background and expertise in at least one of the three pillars of the Business Excellence and Transformation team - Operational Excellence, Process Excellence and Transformation & Change:

- Proven experience of hands-on Transformation & Change and continuous improvement implementation in complex and international organisational settings/ projects or initiatives
- Excellent communication & presentation skills and profound project management experience as well as proactive problem solving experience & skills
- Track record of successfully leading large projects or programs using project management methodology (e.g. worked with deliverables, timelines, status updates etc.)
- Outstanding people & leadership skills and the ability to engage, influence and convince all levels of the organisation and build mutually trustful customer relationships
- Professional experience in (agile) Transformation and/or organizational development
- Expertise in designing & leading workshops and trainings
- Passionate in bringing improvements and ways of working forward
- Proven Project management Skills
- Fluent in English

**Advantageous, but not a must**
- Qualification in a major agile framework
- Work experience in Trading / Finance industry
- Fluent in German
