As a Compliance Tech & Processes Expert, you will support the Compliance team on the path to digitalization, increase the efficiency of processes and support groupwide projects. With your IT expertise, you will find innovative, pragmatic and sustainable solutions for the challenges of today and tomorrow. With your understanding of change processes, you help the teams to move towards new ways of working and take everyone with you.
- Assume responsibility for independent project management in the Compliance area
- Drive improvement activities and create efficiencies in the way the compliance processes are implemented, including digitalization, control and monitoring efforts
- Continuous development of the digital compliance ecosystem, identifying opportunities for digitalization within compliance processe as well as evaluating existing tools and systems and driving the adoption of digital technologies
- Analysis and modelling of business processes within the Compliance function, analyzing current compliance workflows, proposing process enhancements, in particular through automation
- Requirements management and translation between the specialist area and IT as a business analyst

**Your profile**
- University degree in Business Engineering, Economics or IT or comparable qualification/further training with a technical focus
- Proficiency in project management methods, several years of professional experience in this area and ideally a project management certification
- Independent and proactive familiarisation with processes in the Compliance area and its interfaces as well as cooperative and close collaboration with other stakeholders, e.g. the IT & Transformation departments
- Strong customer orientation and interdisciplinary skills, pragmatic and efficient in implementing tasks
- Fluency in German and English and the ability to work with globally networked teams and to take them along with you when changes occur
