We are recruiting for an international companya French speaking Customer Service Agent to join their team in Berlin or remote in Germany.

Missions:

- Act as a focal point for Advertisers & Agencies (SMB) for different types of queries in French
- Provide solutions to support & grow your self-service advertising customer base
- Promote the value of advertising solutions as well as provide post-sales

follow-up for all self-service products
- Create and provide an excellent customer service experience

Profile:

- Native/Fluent in French, both orally and written. Fluent in English (B2)
- Experience in online advertising and in service organisations
- Knowledge & practice of social media as well as online advertising products or vendors
- Ability to learn fast
