You are a proactive and detail-oriented student seeking a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in lead qualification and customer relationship management (CRM)? GAIA, the global leader in digital therapeutics is looking for a dedicated Student to join our team in Hamburg. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our lead generation efforts by qualifying leads, managing CRM data, and ensuring data accuracy.

This is a part-time student position for a duration of 6-12 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and mutual agreement. As a Student - Lead Qualification and CRM Assistant, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in lead qualification, CRM management, and data analysis. **Responsibilities**:

- Qualifying leads through research and data analysis
- Verifying and updating lead information in the CRM system
- Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of CRM processes and workflows
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handover and data synchronization
- Assisting in reporting and tracking lead generation metrics

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, or a related discipline)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data accurately
- Proactive and self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and familiarity with lead qualification processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluency in English; knowledge of German is advantageous
