**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Sie sind für die Bearbeitung und Abwicklung von Verträgen (Berater, Referent, Hospitation, Sponsoring Veranstaltung, Dienstleistung) mit Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) und Healthcare Organisations (HCOs) für die Bereiche Marketing, Sales und Medicine unter Berücksichtigung aller relevanten internen und externen Richtlinien (Compliance, FSA-Transparanzkodex, Antikorruptionsgesetz, DSGVO) zuständig
- Sie kümmern sich um die Abwicklung der vertraglich vereinbarten Zahlungen an HCPs/HCOs unter Berücksichtigung aller relevanten Richtlinien (Compliance, FSA-Transparanzkodex, Antikorruptionsgesetz, DSGVO)
- Sie sorgen für die Erfassung/Offenlegung der Zahlungen an HCPs/HCOs für die Veröffentlichung des jährlichen FSA-Spend Report (Transparenzbericht)
- Sie kümmern sich um das Erfassen von Vertragsanforderungen und bringen hierzu fundierte Kenntnisse mit
**Ihr Profil**:
- Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit
- Sie beherrschen sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Sie sind gewillt sich alle Regelungen und Vorschriften (Healthcare Compliance, FSA Kompetenzen, DSGVO, Antikorruptionsgesetz, Compliance-Anforderungen, AAI, Taxes, juristisches Verständnis) anzueignen und diese einzuhalten
- Sie bringen Kenntnisse verschiedener Standardsoftware und gutes Verständnis im Umgang mit MS Office sowie Aneignung von Kenntnissen globaler Plattformen mit
