Wir suchen für unseren Kunden, einem international agierenden Industrieunternehmen, einen **Sachearbeiter Vertragsmanagement (m/w/d)** in Teilzeit.

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Industriekaufmann/-frau, Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement, Bürokaufmann-/frau o.ä.)
- sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Bereitschaft 1 bis 2 Tage vor Ort zu Arbeiten
- Aneignung und Einhaltung aller internen und externen Regelungen und Vorschriften (Healthcare Compliance, FSA Kompetenzen, DSGVO, Antikorruptionsgesetz, Compliance-Anforderungen, AAI, Taxes, juristisches Verständnis)
- gute Fähigkeit zum Erfassen von Vertragsanforderungen
- gutes Verständnis im Umgang mit MS Office

**Der Job**:

- Bearbeitung und Abwicklung von Verträgen (Berater, Referent, Hospitation, Sponsoring Veranstaltung, Dienstleistung) mit Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) und Healthcare Organisations (HCOs) für die Bereiche Marketing, Sales und Medicine unter Berücksichtigung aller relevanten internen und externen Richtlinien (Compliance, FSA-Transparanzkodex, Antikorruptionsgesetz, DSGVO)
- Abwicklung der vertraglich vereinbarten Zahlungen an HCPs/HCOs unter Berücksichtigung aller relevanten internen und externen Richtlinien (Compliance, FSA-Transparanzkodex, Antikorruptionsgesetz, DSGVO)
- Erfassung/Offenlegung der Zahlungen an HCPs/HCOs für die Veröffentlichung des jährlichen FSA-Spend Report (Transparenzbericht)
