Proclinical are recruiting for a Global Medical Affairs, Infectious Diseases Administrator to join a biotech organisation. This role is on a permanent basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise divisional procedures and SOPs and notify owners when documents are due to update, which involves being in line with any other divisions for evaluations, etc.
- You will project management and monitor the compliance reporting aspects for the GMA, ID division.
- Support with requests for articles and publications, supervise requests and usage.
- Arrange and assist with both internal and external meetings and activity logistics such as invites, rooms, catering, calendar, etc., meeting arrangements for the GMA infectious disease division.
- Responsible for processing group purchase orders, invoices, and contracts utilising the pertinent finance systems.
- Assist with the evaluation and approval/re-approval process of materials for infectious diseases.
- Other duties may be assigned.

**Key Skills and Requirements**:

- Familiarity working within medical affairs or a similar structure within a pharma/biotech organisation.
- Acquaintance with cross-functionality.
- Prior involvement working within an international division would be ideal.
- Project management abilities.
- Computer literacy with relevant software.
- Works well with others.
- Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Able to resolve issues.
- Fluency in both the German and English languages.
