As part of the CEO office team at Ivy, you will lead key strategic initiatives that are crucial for our growth. Working closely with the leadership team, you’ll manage projects from hypothesis to execution, driving outcomes that propel Ivy’s strategic vision forward. This role offers the opportunity to shape Ivy's future in a fast-paced environment, where your contributions will have a direct impact on our success.

**Your Profile**:

- ** Academic Excellence**: You have graduated with distinction from a top-tier university, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.
- ** Relevant Experience**: You bring 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment, such as a strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, VC, or high-growth startup.
- ** Proven Project Leadership**: You have a track record of analyzing, managing, and delivering high-impact projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- ** Analytical Mindset**: You are a quick learner with exceptional analytical skills. You have the ability to break down complex problems to their essential components, and you approach challenges with a meticulous, data-driven mindset.
