**About the Position**:
We've grown HOLY from zero to €70M+ revenue in just three years, and we're setting our sights even higher with plans to double our business in 2025. The French team has been instrumental in our success story and will continue to be a driving force in our journey ahead.

As our Influencer Marketing Team Lead for France, you'll lead a talented team that's expanding HOLY's presence across the French, Belgian, and Luxembourg markets. This role offers the opportunity to showcase your leadership skills, implement strategic vision, and build valuable partnerships that will drive our influencer marketing success.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor a growing team of 5, fostering professional development aligned with individual and company goals.
- ** Budget Ownership**: Manage a monthly seven-figure budget for FR partnership goals, using data insights to optimize ROI and deliver regular performance reports.
- ** Strategic Planning**: Create and implement influencer marketing strategies across YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, TikTok, podcasts, and other platforms to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
- ** Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong, performance-driven partnerships with key influencers, creator communities, and agencies that share HOLY's brand values.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Partner with brand, performance, content, and CRM teams to integrate influencer marketing initiatives with broader company objectives.

**About You**:

- ** Leadership Expertise**: Proven track record leading a team of 4+ people, with passion and dedication to fostering growth and success.
- ** Industry Knowledge**: Deep understanding of influencer marketing and partnerships, especially in a D2C environment, with expertise across content platforms in the French market.
- ** Strategic Mindset**: Experience developing and executing effective influencer campaigns, using data insights to optimize budgets and performance.
- ** Relationship Builder**: Skilled at building and maintaining strong, value-driven partnerships with influencers and agencies.
- ** Language Skills**: Outstanding communication in French and English, enabling effective coordination with internal teams and partners.
