**Deine Mission**

Du bist nicht einfach Recruiter. Du bist Business Partner, Analyst und Closer in einer Person.Du verantwortest den gesamten Recruiting-Funnel: von der Lead-Generierung über interne Abstimmungen bis zum Onboarding neuer Talente. Mit datengetriebenen Denken, Überzeugungskraft und Begeisterung für Menschen trägst du direkt zum Wachstum unseres Unternehmens bei.

**Deine Aufgaben**
- **End-to-End Ownership**: Du steuerst den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess eigenverantwortlich: von der Ausschreibung der Stelle bis zur Vertragsunterschrift und der erfolgreichen Einarbeitung.
- **Lead & Funnel Management**: Du entwickelst und optimierst Kanäle, Kampagnen und Prozesse, um qualifizierte Talente zu gewinnen.
- **Performance & Data**: Du analysierst regelmäßig KPIs, Funnel-Performance und Channel-Effizienz, erkennst Trends und leitest datenbasierte Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
- **Closer-Mentalität**: Du überzeugst Talente mit Leidenschaft, Authentizität und Verhandlungsgeschick, Teil unserer Mission zu werden.
- **Employer Branding**: Du bringst Ideen ein, um unsere Arbeitgebermarke kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln und unsere Recruiting Experience messbar zu verbessern.

**Dein Profil**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaft, Psychologie, HR, Kommunikation oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Mind. **3 Jahre Erfahrung im Full-Cycle Recruiting** oder Performance-orientierten Talent Acquisition.
- **Starker Zahlenverstand**: Du kannst Funnel
- und Conversion-Daten interpretieren und daraus Maßnahmen ableiten.
- Erfahrung in **High-Volume
- oder Growth-Recruiting** von Vorteil.
- Du hast eine **proaktive, lösungsorientierte und verbindliche Art** - du bekommst das „Ja“ vom Kandidaten.
- Sicher im Umgang mit **ATS/CRM-Systemen, Excel oder BI-Tools.**:

- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse.
