In the middle of a scale-up phase, Prestatech is looking for Business Development Interns to work alongside our Business Development Team to identify and develop opportunities for growth in German and in the UK markets.

This is a role with a strong entrepreneurial dimension that is aimed at talented people who would love to have an impactful experience in a fast-paced Fintech Company.

You will be conducting market research, preparing, editing, and revising client-facing deliverables, and evaluate different practices, policies, and strategies to help advance the organization forward.

You will be based in Berlin office.

Tasks

**Some of the key responsibilities are**:

- Understand the company’s product as well as the industry;
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Complete sales and customer development goals on schedule
- Provide coordination, planning, tracking, and status of project activities
- Support the development of marketing materials and client presentations
- Help evaluate and analyse the effectiveness of business development strategies and tactics
- Presenting to the management projects’ progress and results
- Scheduling daily sales appointments and meetings

**Requirements**:
We are looking for smart and motivated talents, willing to aim higher and able to work in an agile, energetic startup environment. Ideally, you'll have:
Graduate or about to graduate from university in Business administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering or similar
- Excellent written and spoken English and German language (minimum C1)
- Ideally you have work experience in business, sales, marketing, strategy or consulting
- Strong communication and content creation skills (especially in PowerPoint)
- Open-minded team player with a flexible approach to problem solving
- Embodies a positive attitude, accountability, and an openness to diversity
