As Mace continues to pursue growth in the data centre sector, we are looking to expand our growing team with senior appointments to support the business in driving growth and delivering existing and upcoming data centre schemes in Berlin and Frankfurt Germany. We are looking for an inspirational leader to support, lead and grow our teams into and through this exciting period.

You’ll need to have:

- A growth mindset and ability to cross sell services.
- Experienced in delivery of complex industrial, manufacturing and data centre environments.
- Management of multi-disciplinary teams across multiple locations.
- Professional membership i.e. MRICS/RICS (or equivalent) and moving towards fellowship, or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
- Experience of growing a relevant sector within a consultancy environment.
- Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.

You’ll also have:

- University degree or equivalent
- Professional membership i.e. MRICS/RICS (or equivalent) and moving towards fellowship, or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.

We are also open to discussing part-time, flexible, and hybrid working options if suitable within the role.
