- und Tourneeagenturen mit Büros in Berlin, London und New York. Für unser Berliner Büro suchen wir eine erfahrene und visionäre Führungspersönlichkeit, die als **Director of Operations**die kommerzielle und operative Effektivität unseres Unternehmens entscheidend mitgestaltet.

Als Mitglied des Executive Teams (ET) arbeiten Sie eng mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen und tragen Mitverantwortung für Unternehmensentscheidungen, die strategische Ausrichtung, operative Effizienz sowie den finanziellen Erfolg von KD SCHMID. In dieser Rolle leiten Sie das Team in Berlin und sorgen für klare Strukturen, effiziente Abläufe und höchste Servicequalität.

**Ihre Aufgaben**

**Leitung und Strategie**
- Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung des Business Strategy Plans zusammen mit der Geschäftsführung
- Verantwortung für Budgetplanung, Kostenmanagement und strategische Finanzentscheidungen

**Teamführung und Entwicklung**
- Führung, Mentoring und Weiterentwicklung des Teams
- Definition klarer Rollen, Performance-Ziele und Feedback-Strukturen
- Förderung einer kollaborativen, leistungsstarken und motivierenden Teamkultur
- Verantwortung für Rekrutierung, Vergütung und Karriere am Standort Berlin

**Operations & Compliance**
- Sicherstellung effizienter interner Strukturen, Prozesse und Workflows
- Verantwortung für HR-, Legal
- und Compliance-Themen am Standort Berlin
- Risikomanagement und Prozessoptimierung

**Künstler
- & Orchesterbetreuung**
- Ansprechpartner:in für Orchester, Künstler:innen und externe Stakeholder
- Unterstützung bei Vertragsverhandlungen und rechtlichen Fragestellungen

**Ihr Profil**
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im **Operations Management** in der Musik
- und Kulturszene
- Nachweisbare Erfolge in **Teamführung und Organisationsentwicklung**:

- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in **Finanzen und Vertragswesen**:

- Sie verfügen über verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse.
- Souveränes Auftreten und ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Integrität, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Begeisterung für die kulturelle Mission von KD SCHMID
