**About the Job**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Service Engineering department. In this role you will be supporting the two teams “Technical information & services” as well as “Battery Life Cycle Management” and closely collaborate with cross-functional teams. This will not only provide you a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and cutting-edge automotive engineering and services knowledge, but also gives you insights into the latest projects that will shape the Ater-Sales of the future within the European smart Network.

**Your Responsibilities**:
**Technical Information & Services**:

- Support in creating and maintaining technical service documents, materials and guidelines in alignment with industrial standards
- Assist in analyzing and organizing technical documentation to improve service processes and operations
- Collaborate with team members to enhance digitalization of technical documentation platforms and systems
- Contribute to setting up efficient processes for technical documentation in alignment with other departments and markets
- Participate in content updates for technical documentations to ensure accuracy and usability

**Battery Life Cycle Management**:

- Participate in the development and implementation of battery lifecycle strategies as well as regulations to be fulfilled by smart Europe as an OEM
- Support research on emerging trends and in electric vehicle battery field
- Support projects aimed at setting-up efficient processes when related to the handling of electric vehicle batteries

**What you offer**:

- A student pursuing a degree in either engineering/automotive technology, communication and/or information management, or a comparable course of study in the advanced bachelor’s or master’s degree program
- You are interested in the automotive industry, especially in the after-sales business and ideally, you have already gained experience in automotive and/or consulting environments
- Ideally, you have gained extracurricular experiences
- You are well-versed in the use of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- You want to get involved in different areas and learn new skills
- You possess a very good knowledge of the English language, any other language will be considered as a plus
- You have a quick comprehension and a team-oriented and communicative working style
- You are organized, reliable, creative and have an independent and precise way of working
