With its subsidiary Athlon, Mercedes-Benz Mobility is present in Europe in operational fleet management and vehicle leasing and is responsible for around 400,000 vehicles.

We are searching for a team player (f/m/x) with a strong interest in credit and an innovative mindset that desires new challenges

**Your tasks will be to:
- Prepare and make credit recommendations / decisions in line with global credit guidelines as well as in accordance with delegated credit authority
- Coordinate and support an active exchange with local market credit contacts to foster a transparent, efficient and risk-adequate credit decision process
- Monitor high-risk customers and ensure proper discussion in the Global Credit Committee for those above local credit authority
- Participate in cross-functional projects, collaborating with colleagues in various functions and/or local markets

**Qualifikationen**:

- Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking or related field
- Several years of work experience and high seniority in Credit Underwriting and Credit Risk Management within a financial services institution
- Profound experience in and an understanding for financial statement analysis and credit risk analysis for credit decisions
- Excellent business English
- Good command of Office software tools, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, etc.
- Knowledge about the automotive industry is a plus
- Knowledge and experience in following global and regional credit and risk management policies
