Global Tax Lead (M/F/d) in full or part time (Ref.Nr. R1001844)
for our activities in the field of transportation at our headquarters in Ditzingen near Stuttgart
You will enjoy having this responsibility:
As the Global Tax Lead for our Global Business Unit (GBU) Ground Transportation Systems (GTS) you will ensure the proper tax management for the full GBU perimeter.
It also involves the following tasks:
- Implement and follow up of internal reorganizations (mergers, spin offs, etc.)- Manage international tax projects and ensure timely deliverables- Take care that Transfer Pricing is harmonized and in line with group regulations. Drive the process for GTS.- Global tax support on a day to day basis on direct and indirect tax topics (CIT, R&D tax credit, VAT, tax consolidation, local taxes and international taxation (support coordination)- Tax assistance during tax audits and tax litigations- Global tax assistance to foreign legal entities: dividend distribution management, tax consolidations, tax audits and tax litigations, follow up of the ETR (effective tax rate), etc.- Tax support to operational functions on international GTS projects (tax risk analysis, computation of tax impacts, tax strategy, bid and project structure)- Identify and secure tax risks linked to international GTS projects across all entities
You have:
- You have a Master’s Degree or Diploma in Finance, Taxation or similar, additional qualifications as certified tax adviser or similar are a plus- You have at least 10 years of relevant practical experience in an international environment- You are innovative and creative in solution finding- In addition, you are able to drive an international, multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary network and are able to grow along with the organization- You describe yourself as agile and are good at communicating efficiently- You are fluent in English verbally and written, French and German is a plus
