**Agency Partner Responsibilities**:

- Be the voice and face of Meta to the agencies and the voice of the agencies in Meta through leading, developing, and driving the agency relationship to become the agencies’ #1 partner for growth and success
- Drive strong partnership with agency stakeholders across management, media and creative teams through proactively identifying and creating the most effective opportunities to drive relationship forward
- Manage agency relationship in a matrixed environment and empower agencies through education to ensure an excellent understanding of Meta value proposition and product
- Create, test, and scale global and local initiatives to drive education & inspiration to establish the Meta suite of products as a leading brand building and business-driving platform with agency stakeholders
- Track and analyze revenue performance across the agency portfolio and identify opportunities for revenue growth
- Act as the primary liaison and internal advocate for your agencies within Meta teams
- Collaborate with XFN teams to identify and build opportunities for agency growth to drive sustainable growth and success in a fast changing media landscape

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Strong track record and experience in Performance Marketing, Brand Advertising, Agency, Media Sales, Online and/or Programmatic Advertising experience leading businesses or accounts
- A genuine passion for consultative selling, partner-centric strategy and seeing your impact through the growth of a book of business
- Experience in working for matrix organizations & ability to win the support of key internal cross-functional stakeholders
- Proven success with relationship management in a matrixed environment
- Strong understanding of the Meta platform, technology, digital and social media with the ability to translate technical ideas into simple terms and actionable strategies
