We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Tasks
- Order management with order entry and confirmation; planning of shipping process; appointment management based on planning and purchasing reports; if necessary, creation of invoices.
- Fulfilment of all daily tasks with constant accuracy while at the same time adhering to tight deadlines.
- Fast and comprehensive answering of customer inquiries about the availability, delivery and complaints of products.
- Assumption of responsibility for any problems that arise, guaranteeing their investigation and a prompt solution.
- Co-ordination of returns in accordance with the established RMA process and arranging credit notes.
- Preparation of offers
- Management of orders for load cells, electronics and accessories from cross-company sources.
- General administrative tasks.
- Maintaining customer databases.
- Reporting and creation of documentation according to customer and internal expectations.
- Proactive contact with existing and potential customers for the support of external sales activities.
- Preparation and participation in reports.
- Project management international. Clarification of tax and contract law requirements in close co-operation with the responsible specialist departments in the group.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of two years of customer support experience in a B2B manufacturing or sales environment is required.
- Above-average numeracy skills, reading and writing skills and IT skills are expected.
- Excellent knowledge in the field of enterprise resource planning (ERP).
- Good written and spoken English and German.
- Knowledge of sensors is not required but would be an advantage.
