**About The Role**
- Handling customer queries promptly, typically relating to pricing, requests for quotations, part number confirmation etc.
- Order entry and order processing.
- Handling customer complaints and warranty returns.
- Sales administration, including organising product samples to be sent out to customers.
- Utilising and updating the CRM.
- Supporting customers throughout the order journey, from initial inquiry, through to quotation, product sample requests, order entry, updating customers on lead times for delivery etc.
**About You**
Along with fluency in English and German, you will also possess 1-2 years of experience in a customer interaction and support role.
My client is open to the industry you have operated in; however, this will be ideally gained within a manufacturing company.
Other key skills include:
- Comfortable using MS Office.
- Able to work to deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
