**What will you do**:
You will have a pivotal role in the finance team, at the core of our marketplace infrastructure, supporting re:cap's growth. You will work closely with the Senior Controlling & SF specialist, as well as the CFO.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- You will play an important role in the controlling and safeguarding of operational processes in the finance team
- You will work within the Finance Team in close contact with the data / Engineering and underwriting divisions
- You will be part of the treasury management of the refinancing infrastructure, e.g. by steering the liquidity position and cash flow forecasting
- You will assist monitoring the performance of the asset portfolio and will be involved in the management and expansion of the reporting framework
- You will be a primary point of contact for refinancing partners and other external stakeholders

**Who we are looking for ‍**️**:

- You have at least 1-2 years of experience in a finance, structured finance, controlling or treasury management role. Previous experience in a FinTech or financial institution is a plus
- You are are keen on taking on an operational role
- You have strong Excel skills, ideally including financial modeling
- Experience with debt refinancing topics, preferably with previous exposure to structured finance and / or asset-based lending will be a plus
- You are able to handle several work streams simultaneously
- You are highly (self-)organized, want to move fast, and maintain attention to detail when it matters most
- You are fluent in English, fluency in German is a strong plus
- Experience with tech-driven and remote companies is a plus
- You have a valid EU work permit and reside within the EU. re:cap does not offer visa or relocation support at the moment
