Our core products, Adviseor and Enhance, are redefining customer engagement and product data quality for B2B2C retailers.
To support our next growth phase, we’re hiring a Senior Product Designer (M/F/d) to take ownership of the end-to-end product experience and evolve our visual brand across every customer touchpoint.
Tasks
- Take ownership of the end-to-end product design process for Advisor and Enhance.
- Create and maintain scalable design systems and beautiful, user-centered interfaces.
- Lead discovery workshops, usability tests, and iterate on designs based on real feedback.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to align design, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Act as the Brand Owner: define and evolve Frontnow’s digital brand expression across web, mobile, and marketing assets.

**Requirements**:
Technical Skills
- Proficient in modern design tools: Figma, FigJam, Storybook
- Strong in responsive and mobile-first UI design
- Hands-on experience creating and managing design systems (documentation, implementation, governance)
- Solid understanding of front-end basics (HTML/CSS) and developer collaboration
- Skilled in qualitative and quantitative user research and usability testing
- Familiar with accessibility standards (WCAG) and localization/internationalization needs

- Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator
- High ownership, self-motivation, and initiative
- Strong visual storytelling and ability to pitch design concepts
- Receptive to feedback and skilled at giving constructive critique
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative, and agile environment

Education & Experience
- Degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or equivalent professional training
- 5+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio (B2B or B2C digital products)
- Proven track record working in agile SaaS teams alongside product and engineering
- Prior ownership of design systems or full product UX journeys is a strong plus

Industry Knowledge
- Background in eCommerce, SaaS, AI-driven tools, or CX platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with multi-language UX and mobile-first product strategies

Language Skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- German and/or French proficiency is a plus, particularly for work with Swiss clients

Nice to Have
- Certifications in UX Design or Design Systems
- Experience in brand identity and visual systems work
