Now we are looking for our next colleague to join the Jodel team. Why we need you A senior marketing designer at Jodel leverages the work of the performance, brand and B2B marketing. Deliver high-class assets at a fast pace proactively pushing and optimising the brand positioning and app downloads in various international markets. Your mission - Be the expert for all design questions/ tasks in our marketing department in order to primarily empower our growth marketing activities (user acquisition) and support the brand and B2B marketing activities. - You have managerial experience in leading and great organisational skills to manage a small team and implement new processes. - TikTok will have no secrets for you. You can fully organise our creative process from ads conception, production planning, shooting to deliver top quality Ads for our target group. - Consult on developing our brand marketing strategy and positioning by providing a deeper understanding of students and young professionals and meet them with visuals and copy in a creative way. - Proactively deliver new formats, tell stories using statics as well a motion and rich media for mobile-first ad designs. **Profile**: - Experience in a marketing department, a marketing agency or as a freelancer (+5 years). - Experience in performance marketing is a must, brand and B2B marketing experience is a plus. - Your portfolio assembles great designs and ideas for online marketing and brand communication. - Confident use of common programs such as Adobe CC etc. - You have good knowledge and experience in video editing and motion design. - Organized and independent working style always striving for excellent results. - Advanced English (office language), German is a plus.
