Senior Marketing Designer

**Job mission**

You will create compelling designs that bring our brand to life, such as campaign assets and sales materials, web pages and event experiences. By turning ideas into high-performing visuals, you will help us tell better stories, connect with our audience, and support growth at every touchpoint.

**Job responsibilities**
- End‑to‑end design of campaign assets, digital and physical, aligned with brand guidelines
- Transform Figma concepts into responsive CMS pages and high‑performing ad creatives
- Maintain and evolve component libraries, iconography, and illustration styles for a unified look
- Produce pitch decks, sales materials, and product‑marketing visuals that close deals
- Prototype ABM kits and event booths that spark conversations
- Partner with Marketing to refine briefs, manage timelines, and track design KPIs
- Optimize assets using performance data; run quick iterations
- Maintain and evolve our design systems - component libraries, iconography, and illustration styles, brand manuals, etc.

**Job requirements**
- Diverse, high-quality design portfolio across B2B marketing assets (e.g. digital, physical ABM, booths), showcasing innovation and a strong storytelling vision
- Proven leadership in brand elevation - through rebranding or introducing design innovations that establish a distinct, professional identity
- Efficient executor who responds quickly to ad-hoc needs and handles urgency smoothly
- Video editing skills or a strong track record of collaborating with video editors is a good plus
- Demonstrate ownership and proactive thinking, with a strong drive to deliver meaningful results
- Experience with motion graphics, A/B testing design variations, and interactive web content (e.g. calculators, diagnostic tools)
- Proficient in industry-standard design tools and able to translate designs into responsive web pages across CMS/automation platforms
- SaaS or tech-branding experience is a strong advantage
