**Als Head of Tax & Operations wirst du Teil des Gründerteams eines technologiegetriebenen Roll-ups mit der Vision, eine der Top-10 Steuerberatungen Deutschlands aufzubauen - skalierbar, kundenorientiert und AI-first.**

Gemeinsam mit einem erfahrenen Gründerteam (u.a. €100M+ Exit), und bereits gesichertem Kapital im Millionenbereich, übernimmst du als Mitgründer die **Verantwortung für den Aufbau und das operative Management DER hochleistungsfähigen Steuerberatung der Zukunft für KMU - von Anfang an**.

Du leitest die Steuerberatung operativ, optimierst und automatisierst Prozesse (zusammen mit dem Tech Team), steuerst die Integration übernommener Kanzleien und führst ein wachsendes Team. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Tech-Team implementierst du KI-Technologien direkt in Prozesse, Systeme und Leistungen - mit dem klaren Ziel**:die intelligenteste, effizienteste Steuerberatung im Markt aufzubauen.**

**Tätigkeiten**
- **Du verantwortest den Aufbau und die operative Leitung einer hochgradig skalierbaren, mandantenorientierten Top-10 Steuerberatung**:

- Du stellst sicher, dass **exzellente steuerliche Dienstleistungen** im Tagesgeschäft zuverlässig und effizient erbracht werden
- Du **führst und entwickelst** ein leistungsfähiges, stark wachsendes Steuerteam - fachlich, prozessual und kulturell
- Du verantwortest die **Integration übernommener Kanzleien** in ein gemeinsames, einheitliches Leistungs
- und Qualitätsniveau
- Du verbesserst Prozesse kontinuierlich entlang von **Produktivität, Automatisierung/KI und Mandantenerlebnis**(zusammen mit dem Tech Team)

**Anforderungen**
- **Ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Mindset** - du willst skalieren, gestalten und eine Top-10 Steuerberatung aufbauen
- **Hohes-Ambitionsniveau mit starkem Growth-Mindset**, sichtbar durch herausragende Stationen und Leistungen im Lebenslauf (z.B. schneller Aufstieg, Exzellenz in Mandatsführung, Projektverantwortung)
- **Begeisterung für Technologie und Transformation** - du denkst Steuerberatung neu, hast ein klares Gespür für Digitalisierung und treibst den Einsatz von KI und Automatisierung aktiv voran
- **Zugelassener Steuerberater** mit exzellentem steuerlichen Fachwissen und fundierter Erfahrung (idealerweise in der KMU-Beratung)
- **Führungserfahrung** in einer Steuerberatung mit Verantwortung für Team, Prozesse und Mandantenbeziehungen
