Assistant Key Account Management

**Responsibilities**:
- Efficiently prepare and support meetings, presentations, and documents to support decision-making processes
- Independently conduct analysis, research, and project management for timely and high-quality outcomes
- Facilitate seamless communication between managers and stakeholders, ensuring accurate information delivery
- Manage projects independent and effectively, support customer requests, and handle administrative tasks proficiently, while collaborating with various stakeholders
- Demonstrates independent and reliable communication skills while efficiently supporting customer requests, ensuring satisfaction and effective problem resolution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in economics required, with a focus on administrative experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional administrative experience
- Business fluent in German and proficient in English with strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, including proficiency in Microsoft tools. (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, SharePoint, TEAMS)
- Demonstrated initiative, ability to handle confidential information, and flexibility in managing multiple tasks and deadlines. / strong project management skills
