Senior Group Controller Business Analysis

**Your role**:The Senior Controller Business Analysis & KPIs is responsible for conducting the business analysis reviews for the Group. Your task will be to prepare and coordinate business reviews on group level and further develop the group standards for business reviews, providing business and financial analysis. You will prepare in-depth analysis and presentations for Group executive leadership and handle group-wide controlling projects that build additional transparency and decision support to senior leaders. Thereby, you act as an expert with sound professional knowledge, interact strongly with all relevant stakeholders and own the center of competence on business analysis and financial KPIs.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Owning and steering of our reporting processes like Preview, monthly and quarterly reports and special topics like primary costs and Headcounts controlling with the aim to deliver consistent, ambitious and reliable reports
- Driving decision making through value-based prioritisation, underlying risk assessments and scenario modelling
- Moving forward our digital reporting strategy
- Investigating Group/Sector financial results to identify performance gaps, checking progress towards target achievement and recommending gap closing actions to higher senior management
- Engagement with Function/Business Stakeholders to build insight into key business drivers and tactics to find opportunities
- Handle group finance projects by ensuring focus on project objectives, driving teamwork across cross-functional team and presenting conclusions and decisions
- Liaise with Function/Business counterparts, sharing experiences and align on standard, harmonized global processes

**Who you are**:

- a degree in Business Administration / Economics or equivalent
- min. 3-5 years of proven experience in Controlling
- an analytical attitude including high curiosity about translating data analysis into tangible business recommendations
- excellent communication capabilities to interact with stakeholders up to the most senior executive levels and to build networks across departments
- proactive in continuously challenge the status quo to find innovative ways of working
- highly motivated, engaged and self-organized
- proficiency in English, other languages would be helpful
