- Day-to-day operations: take care of operational tasks such as reservations and guest reviews
- Guest care: communicate with our guests, handle their requests and be part of creating the best charly experience possible
- Future of Charly Hospitality: support the preparation of upcoming new openings and the planning of further expansion
- Collaboration: work cross-functionally and closely with the rest of the team to improve the whole guest journey

**Why we’ll love you**:

- Currently enrolled at university or recently graduated in the field of Tourism Management, Hospitality, or related fields and first practical work experiences
- Excellent written and spoken English and German skills, European working permit, and availability for at least 3 months
- Service-oriented mindset and hands-on work approach with a great digital understanding
