We are looking for a Customer Success Coordinator (f/d/m) who will help us to grow the CS Team, implement processes and help to understand the needs of our clients.
This is a 6 months paid Internship which can transform to a full-time position based in our location in Berlin, Germany.
Tasks
**Your Role**:
- You are responsible for timely interactions with key clients to ensure retention and reactivate lost ones In charge of creating training material for key accounts
- You grow the number of users in existing accounts
- You work cross-department to manage and implement up-sell & cross-sell strategies ensuring incremental revenue on existing accounts
- You will work hand-in-hand with our Account Executives to secure clients
**Requirements**:
- First experience (working student or Internship) in customer success, support or sales
- Excellent communication skills
- French language requirement C1
- Business English skills
