As Head of Data & Analytics (f/m/d) at our headquarters in Berlin, you will lead and develop our team of analysts, data engineers & data scientists. In this role, you will work closely with our stakeholders and take responsibility for a rapidly developing company from day one.

Your duties
- Lead and develop our team of analysts, data engineers & data scientists
- Facilitate demand-oriented team outcomes with measurable business impact while maintaining a low level of technical debt
- Continuously improve data product management, analyst and data engineering processes & capabilities to further strengthen the team’s position as a results-oriented business partner
- Leverage & enhance our AWS-based data ecosystem and ensure that all data products meet our high service level objectives
**Requirements**:
Your skills
- Experience of at least 5 years in data, analytics, business intelligence related fields
- Ready to lead, manage, build a team as a respectful team player with deep functional expertise
- Proven experience as an e-commerce data & analytics business partner - successfully managing diverse stakeholders and priorities in a high velocity environment
- Proven hands-on experience in data analysis & engineering - building, delivering and operating data-driven solutions
- Proficiency in both English and German to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
