Our Data Team is at the forefront of driving transformation, empowering every department to unlock the full potential of data.

As the Head of Data, you’ll have the unique opportunity to influence and shape the AI strategy across the entire company. You will guide our teams to push the boundaries of what’s possible with AI, making an impact at every level of the business.

**What You will be doing**
- ** Lead with Vision**: Be a hands-on leader who not only sets the strategic data direction but actively contributes to projects from ideation to execution. Inspire innovation and excellence, balancing strategic with technical involvement.
- ** Build the Future of Payment Products**: Work closely with cross-functional teams in product, engineering, GTM, and finance to drive data-driven insights and decisions that fuel the growth and evolution of our products. You’ll have the chance to create and enhance AI-powered products that shape the future of payments platforms.
- ** Architect for Scale**:Spearhead the creation of scalable and robust data systems for storing, processing, and analyzing vast amounts of structured and unstructured data. You’ll ensure that our data architecture is ready to meet the demands of tomorrow.
- ** Own the Data Journey**: Lead the end-to-end data lifecycle, from acquisition to visualization, ensuring that data flows seamlessly and insights are delivered with clarity and impact. Your work will empower every department with the data they need to make strategic decisions.
- ** Mentor & Build Exceptional Teams**: Build and guide high-performing teams of data engineers, data scientists, and analysts. You'll be a mentor, fostering a culture of excellence and helping the next generation of leaders thrive.

**You'll be great for this role if**
- You have 10+ years of experience in data science, analytics, data engineering, AI and leadership, including senior-level roles such as Head of Data, VP, or similar.
- You have a proven track record of leading high-performance teams in data science, AI, and engineering, and have successfully built scalable platforms.
- You are a strategic visionary with hands-on experience in data architecture and advanced analytics, capable of translating business needs into innovative solutions.
- You are proficient with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and business intelligence platforms (e.g., GoodData, Tableau, Power BI).
- You have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical teams.
- You have an insatiable curiosity, always looking for new ways to challenge the status quo, innovate, and improve existing systems.
- You are proactive, taking initiative to anticipate business needs and drive AI solutions that create real value for the organization and our customers.
