Workforce Management Scheduler

As a Scheduler (all genders) in Workforce Management you will carry out the resource planning of employees and organize processes in a structured way by ensuring you always have the required resources and thus guarantee optimal availability for our customers.

- Planning and creation of schedules for all Customer Care employees
- Handle requests from our employees regarding absences and time management
- Managing time account, surcharges, vacation balances and maintenance of employee data in our time management solution (Zucchetti)
- Work in close cooperation with other WFM teams, Training, P&O, Works Council, Operations, etc
- Monitor internal capacity and proactively flag possible measures in the event of an unplanned staffing issues
- Create a pleasant working atmosphere for and with the employees and ensure a balanced and fair staffing
**WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF**:
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage tasks that demand precision.
- A structured, detailed way of working, you are efficient and independent with high solution and goal orientation
- Previous experience in personnel planning and the use of time management software is an advantage
- Analytical skills and strong interest in business processes, solution-oriented and flexible to adapt to a changing environment
- Great communication skills in a professional and intercultural environment, fluency in English and German
