Amentum is seeking a** Scheduler** to support the EWOTIM Germany program located in the** vicinity of Ramstein AFB, Germany.** This individual will be responsible for** t**he scheduling function which includes elements of Planning, Coordination, and Organizational structuring. This is an outward facing position that directly works with customers requiring a high degree of professionalism.
**Responsibilities**
- The scheduler interacts with organization customers such as international Air Force units and exercise planners to coordinate the use and deployment of EWOTIM/Polygone personnel, material, and equipment resources with customer requirements.
- Utilizes and maintains schedule planning tools such as MS Outlook, MS Project, Center Scheduling Enterprise (CSE), or equivalent, to ensure resources are planned for and de-conflicted to maximize availability and use while preventing conflicting requirements.
- Ensures all WPC/Detachment 3 personnel and customers’ elements maintain accurate situation awareness with respect to local, mobile, and LSB events.
- Coordinates WPC/Detachment 3 participation in planning conference, site surveys, and exercises, ensuring suitable accommodations are arranged for participating WPC/Detachment 3 personnel, including billeting, ground and air transportation, and diplomatic clearances when required by, and in accordance with, respective Foreign Clearance Guides.
- Tracks and consolidates data on local and TDY missions to include details of threat services replicated/deployed; details of units/nationalities, aircraft, equipment trained/supported.
- Prepare briefing Power Point presentations for in process reviews for missions during various stages of plan preparation.
- Prepare TDY mission cost estimates based on planning parameters.
- Attend Planning conferences and/or TDY missions as required.
**Minimum Skills/Qualifications**
- Ability to multi-task under fast paced operational tempo.
- 3 years relevant experience in operations, planning, organizational management, or related discipline
**Security Clearance Required**
- U.S. Secret Security clearance and eligible for NATO Secret Indoctrination.
