- Negotiable Sind Sie ein erfahrener Terminplaner / Scheduler (m/w/d) mit der Fähigkeit, das Management und die Durchführung von Projekten von Beginn der Bauphase bis zum Abschluss zu unterstützen? Dann haben wir eine interessante Herausforderung für Sie am neuen Standort unseres Kunden in Berlin.

Dies ist eine ausgezeichnete Gelegenheit für Kandidaten mit umfangreicher Erfahrung in großen Bauprojekten und der Leitung großer multidisziplinärer Bauteams.Die Rolle ist kundenorientiert und erfordert die Fähigkeit, in allen Phasen der Bauausführung Vertrauen zu schaffen.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Erarbeitung von Zeitplänen für Konstruktion, Beschaffung, Fertigung und Bau
- Koordinierung von Lieferanten, Subunternehmern und Ausrüstungsherstellern gemäß des Zeitplans
- Überwachung des Zeitplans
- Risikoanalyse des Zeitplans
- Entwicklung von Lösungsansätzen bei Verzögerungen im Zeitplan

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abschluss als Bsc./Msc. an einer Universität oder Hochschule / Fachhochschule
- 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung mit Scrum, Lean, Agile Methodologie
- Primavera P6 Kenntnisse
- Reisebereitschaft zu den verschiedenen Projektstandorten
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
