**Responsibilities**:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Lead to spearhead our European team and drive growth in the Payment markets. Gain exposure to diverse areas in Payments, from Acceptance and B2B/Commercial Payments to Money Movement, Issuing, and Financing. *Your Mission*:

- Help your sales team to achieve the Global Industry Vertical (GIV) Order Book Target.
- Collaborate on industry and geographic focus, proposition design, and demand generation campaigns with Industry Vertical Leadership.
- Mentor your sales team to help them achieve personal milestones.
- Provide monthly progress reports to the Sector Leadership.
- Drive growth and be accountable for key clients.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
*Your Profile:*
- A proven track record in originating and closing offshore/nearshore IT Services engagements.
- Strong understanding of agile and digital services concepts.
- Several years of experience in Sales and leadership.
- A well-established network in the Payment and Financial Service sectors.
- Successful sales experience in offshore or nearshore IT Services.
- Ambitious and self-driven with a structured mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- A relentless drive to meet and exceed your goals.
