We're looking for Freelance Specialists who can fully support our customers and provide a full overview of the German childcare and school system, and search for suitable public or private day-care centers in Berlin.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Providing an overview of the Berlin daycare system, schools, opening hours, and costs
- Searching for suitable private or public institutions in order to meet the needs of our customers
- Researching information about extra help (babysitters, nanny services)
- Fully supporting our customers in order to provide exceptional service

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Understanding the specifics of German schools and different types of Kita
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent English and German skills (minimum B2)
- Deep attention to detail
- Ability to work with mínimal direction and supervision
- Passion for communication and effective collaboration
- Great time management skills combined with flexibility and ability to meet necessary deadlines

**HOW WE WORK**:
VISARIGHT has around 40 people spread over 6+ countries in different time zones. We’re a distributed team, though we have an office in Magdeburg (DE).

We care more about the things you do rather than your set working hours. Most of us work Monday - Friday from 9 UTC to 18 UTC, and ideally, you’ll overlap at least 5 hours with that. We try to be as asynchronous as possible but still feel that we need some “synchronicity” to work well.
