As the Head of SEM, you will be responsible for conducting and improving multiple PPC campaigns simultaneously while managing web and mobile campaigns across a number of search platforms, such as Google Ads and Apple Search Ads etc

**Detailed Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage web and mobile campaigns across a number of search platforms, such as Google Ads and Apple Search Ads etc
- Prevent and minimize the risk of click fraud & irrelevant spending.
- Monitor daily, weekly & monthly KPIs to spot opportunities for improvement or more efficient spending.
- Handle PPC budgets as well as reinforce platform accounts & key client relationships.
- Develop and implement effective long
- and short-term paid search strategies with excellent ROAS.
- Conduct and improve multiple PPC campaigns simultaneously.
- Make reports of KPIs to management on a regular basis via various dashboards.
- Use keyword and audience research to better target selected groups.
- Oversee and revise campaign budgets as well as adapt bids to obtain better ROAS.
- Create engaging, clear, and concise copy for campaigns.

- as a PPC Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist focused on SEM.
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or any other related field, with Google Ads certification.
- Expertise in developing and managing paid search dashboards to optimize spending.
- Excellent communication and presentation delivery skills as well as analytical & numeracy competencies.
- Previous experience with multiple platforms such as AdWords, Apple Search Ads, and Bing is essential.
- Demonstrated team leading or managerial experience with management of remote teams.
- Full working proficiency in Google Analytics or similar tools.
- Ability to handle confidently large amounts of data to translate them into comprehensible or visual reports.
- Agile, proactive, and open-minded personality.
- Specialized in ROI/ROAS.
