We are seeking a dynamic and globally-minded Executive, Head of Culture, Talent & Development Europe to join our People & Culture organization, aligned with the new P&C Operating model at NTT Data Inc. This role will serve as a strategic interface between the Talent Development Center of Excellence (CoE) and a specific business unit, ensuring the successful deployment of global talent initiatives while addressing regional and business-specific needs.

** Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Talent Translator: Serve as the link between the Culture, Talent & Development CoE and the business unit, ensuring global frameworks are translated into actionable, business-relevant talent strategies.
- Dual-Aligned Partner: Operate under a dual reporting line to both the Global Head of the Culture, Talent & Development CoE and the Strategic P&C Business Partner, balancing enterprise consistency with business agility.- Performance Consulting & Strategic Capability Planning: The Partner will work closely with local business to identify strategic capability and performance gaps to diagnose Talent & Development requirements aligned to the business strategy.
- Regional Feedback Contributor: Provide structured feedback to the CoE on regional talent needs, capability gaps, and cultural nuances to inform the continuous evolution of global programs and tools. Will also provide business context for the development of central COE frameworks and models.
- Business Program Owner: Take full ownership of talent and development initiatives that are exclusive to the business unit, ensuring they are designed, executed, and measured in alignment with business goals.
- Deployment & Change Leader: Lead the local deployment of global COE Culture, Talent & Development programs, best practice, infrastructure and standards (e.g., leadership development, succession planning, global talent platforms ), drive adoption, and champion behavioral and cultural change. ** Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Spanish, German, or French is highly valued.
- Demonstrated experience working in international environments or across multiple regions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to navigate complex matrix organizations and influence across functions.
- Experience in deploying talent development programs and frameworks.**Workplace type**:
