We're excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a **Marketing Specialist** position in Germany. Our company provides flexible working arrangements to suit your preferences. You can choose to work from our friendly office in Dusseldorf. Alternatively, if you prefer, we fully support remote work within Germany, with occasional visits to the Dusseldorf office as needed. This role combines the best of both worlds - the option to collaborate in person or work from the comfort of your home, making it an ideal opportunity for marketing professionals seeking a dynamic and adaptable work setting.

**About the role**:
**We are seeking an effective, experienced Marketing Specialist to join our Germany team and drive the marketing efforts for our OneTouch® portfolio of blood glucose monitoring products in the German market. Reporting directly to the Marketing Lead, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our brand's presence and growth in Germany.

**Responsibilities will include**:
- Work closely with the local sales organization to develop and implement marketing strategies and annual plan to achieve business objectives and market share goals.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across key channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with sales, customer care and other relevant departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and to gather insights for improving marketing efforts.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, track campaign effectiveness, and provide regular reports to management.
- Search and leverage global and local materials to localize for marketing collaterals, including brochures, presentations, and sales materials.
- Identify and collect information on market trends, competitive landscape and regulatory changes to proactively adapt marketing strategies/tactics; conduct market research and analysis where necessary.
- Support the allocation of marketing budgets to effectively maximize return on investment.
- Support in preparing for regional and global business reviews, as well as annual business planning.

**Requirements**:
**Required skills**:
**In order to be successful in this role, you will have more than 2 years relevant experience in a similar role and be fluent in English and German.

Together with:

- Familiarity with digital marketing (CRM, digital media, website)
- Excellent attention to detail, project management and analytical skills
- Experience in medical device in diabetes category Is preferred but not essential
- Demonstrated ability to understand competitive market landscape and win vs competition
